VA3UP Scott McMaster

Scott McMaster is Friday night net coordinator for the Sandbox net. He is partially retired at 59 - having left permanent employment in 2004 for the tranquility of living in a log home near Brighton Ontario.  Aside from motorcycling tours, scuba diving, and visiting his daughter Kate in Australia, Scott spends some of his time with Gail in his South Beach hideaway in the winter. On the Sandbox he uses a Pro 3 with antennas mounted high on a hill 200 feet above Lake Ontario near Brighton.  The photo was taken in the Yarra Valley Australia.
